Education Through a Lens is a San Diego-based educational consulting business founded by educators with more than 15 years of experience supporting diverse school communities.

We partner with schools and districts to strengthen instruction through practical professional development, coaching, and customized program support.

Our five lenses—ELD, Instructional, Equity, AI, and Leadership—bring together English Learner support, dual language and biliteracy, multicultural learning, responsible AI integration, and educator growth. We also offer community schools support and ASES after-school partnership support services, connecting each school’s priorities with meaningful learning opportunities.
