Education Through a Lens offers a customized instructional coaching experience designed to strengthen English Language Development, celebrate multilingualism and multiculturalism, and support educators in implementing meaningful, standards-aligned instruction.

Through hands-on professional development, classroom modeling, collaborative lesson planning, and ongoing coaching, teachers learn practical strategies to support students at the Emerging, Expanding, and Bridging proficiency levels.

The program integrates California ELD Standards, culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, biliteracy development, formative assessment, and authentic listening, speaking, reading, and writing practice aligned with the language skills assessed by the ELPAC.

More than a workshop—we support teachers from learning a strategy to implementing it confidently in the classroom.

Available as a customized workshop, eight-week coaching cycle, or schoolwide professional learning partnership.
